Evidence Generation and Sector Leadership: Evidence creation is not just about data collection — it is about creating knowledge that drives change. We generate and share rigorous evidence surrounding girls' agency through the Adolescent Girls Agency Survey. We seek to leverage insights generated through the Portal and new streams of research to inform girl-centered program design within and beyond our network.

Systems-Level Advocacy and Movement Building: We amplify community voices in regional and global spaces where policy is shaped, and funding priorities are established. We are creating a powerful Pan-African movement where CDOs are not just service providers but policy influencers, where girls' agency evidence drives funding decisions, and where problematic community-level systems can be challenged to make way for direct actions from girls making their agency felt.
